From the revered highlands of Yirgacheffe, this lot comes from the Wuri washing station in the Kochere district, a microregion famed for producing some of Ethiopia’s most floral and fruit-forward coffees. Perched at over 1,900 meters above sea level, Wuri collects ripe cherries from smallholder farmers who cultivate heirloom varietals in rich volcanic soil under semi-forested shade.

Lot.03 is processed using the natural (dry) method, where whole cherries are carefully dried on raised beds, allowing the bean to absorb the fruit's full character during fermentation. This traditional approach, paired with meticulous attention to sorting and drying, brings out the region’s signature vibrancy, depth, and aromatic lift.
